PROF. NNAMDI OBIARAERI BLASTS EMEKA IHEDIOHA: ADVICES HIM TO FORGET 2019.

In a non-tentative, information packed and eye opening detailed reply, Professor Nnamdi Obiaraeri, a political advicer to Imo State Governor and a legal guru took the Bull by the horn to advice Rt Hon. Emeka Ihedioha to lie low for 2019 as he has already taken his share of political mileage. This was outlined in his strategic reply to a letter by one Mr AIC Akwarandu.. 

TRULY, POWER BELONGS TO GOD.

Aic Akwarandu we read your open letter targeted at us and feel obliged to give you a reasoned enlightenment since you confessed that we remained "..a family friend, Boss and Mentor..." We remain grateful for your kind ecomiums and promise not to let you down!

However, my young friend, although you cleverly refused to say that you were speaking for and on behalf of Hon Emeka Ihedioha for obvious reasons, but we can clearly see the hand of Esau and voice of Jacob in that your long and windy missive.

It is evident you avoided the recondite issues we raised in that interview we granted the WATCHDOG because your Hon Emeka Ihedioha was mentioned in that interview but we are duty bound to redirect you to the live issues we raised therein.

The indubitable facts we presented on that occasion in the interview the subject matter of your knee jack reaction were that;

1. He who comes to equity must come with clean hands.

Hon. Emeka Ihedioha cannot be heard pleading zoning and equity as a passport to attaining political power when from available records in the public domain, he has always shown avarice and unmitigated unwillingness to respect orderly dissolution of power based on zoning whether at home, state and national levels or fora.

It is a notorious fact that thrice your paymaster went to the House of Representatives in Aboh Mbaise/Ngor Okpala Federal Constituency in utter disregard for the sensibilities of his Aboh Mbaise brothers and sisters and to the eternal contempt and disdain of the entire Ngor Okpala LGA people.

If your Hon Ihedioha believed in zoning, why did he greedily seize that seat belonging to two Local Government Areas with seperate and distinct customs and traditions for twelve complete years?

As a neophyte political pugilist and ill-informed interlocutor, you may not know that it was this singular mistake of your Hon. Ihedioha selfishly clinging to power contrary to equity and spirit of zoning between Aboh Mbaise and Ngor Okpala that cost ex-Governor Ohakim his supplementary election in Ngor Okpala in his 2015 re-election bid.

You may also have forgotten that your Hon. Ihedioha also emerged Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives in 2011 contrary to PDP zoning formula in the House of Representatives to the embarrassment of the national leadership and membership of PDP including ex- President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan.

Be reminded that Imolites and Nigerians have not forgotten that your new religion and meal coupon disguised himself in flowing Hausa Babanriga or Agbada to carry out that upset against zoning in league with Hon Tambuwal who emerged Speaker, House of Representatives in 2011.

So on what moral authority can your Hon. Ihedioha premise his claim to Governorship of Imo State based on zoning and equity which two principles he has openly raped and violated in the past?

Be informed that no one will allow him to approbate and reprobate on the issue of zoning in Imo State or Nigeria because you cannot give what you don't have.

As a sleek political player, your Hon Ihedioha pleads equity and zoning when it suits him. This is merely flying a dangerous flag of convenience and it does not add up.

From his antecedents, he does not believe in zoning and cannot champion zoning and cannot benefit from zoning.

2. Get it clearly, you zone to rotate and not zone to perpetuate, therefore zoning of Imo guber will not start and end with your Hon. Emeka Ihedioha. Never!

Assuming without conceding that Owerri Zone will be entitled to produce the Governor of Imo State in 2019 or any time thereafter based purely on zoning formula between the three zones of Owerri, Okigwe and Orlu, your Hon. Emeka Ihedioha stands disqualified to aspire or contest because Owerri Zone does not begin and end with him and his aspirations.

Your Hon. Emeka Ihedioha has received more than a fair patronage from Mbaise "nation", Aboh/Ngor Okpala Federal Constituency, Owerri Zone and Imo State in particular and South East Nigeria in general when he occupied the office of Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives between 2011-2015.

That is the truth and all of you his passive and depleting supporters have to live with this reality. It is nothing personal and it is not our making or contrivance.

Needless to say that there are thousands of other sons and daughters of Mbaise in particular or Owerri Zone in general including you (Aic Akwarandu unless you don't think highly of yourself and that will be very disappointing) who should take a shot at this office based on zoning to Owerri zone before it gets to your Hon Emeka Ihedioha's turn again.

Thunder does not strike at the same place twice. "Honda 175 enweghi onye oso nso..." apologies to the late Dr Sir Warrior and his Oriental Brothers Band!

3. Finally, we are happy that yesterday's men and women of power like your Hon. Ihedioha are beginning to factor in GOD and his omniscient powers in their dealings with others. This is a useful lesson to all men and women in power today on the need to carry on with fear of GOD because power is transient and ephemeral.

Only yesterday, your Hon Emeka Ihedioha as Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives with all the allure and accoutrements of power could not have believed that failure in political pursuit was possible. So the rich also cry? Now you are unwavering in arguing and convincing whoever that power belongs to GOD. We are happy this is coming from your quarters.

Who can believe this with all the shenanigans and garagara and desperation and rigging and manipulation of delegates list and voodoo votes.

Failure can really humble people!

Good that your Hon Ihedioha's failed effort at wangling himself into Douglas House which ended along Douglas Road has made him and a few of you his noisy and insensitive supporters to be sober and remember that God is the keeper and shaper of men's destinies unlike in 2014 when you believed that power is taken by all rouguish means possible.

2019 is still very far flung...tell your friends not to heat up the polity unnecessarily....when we get to the bridge we will know how to cross it.

Thanks for your attention and your solemn admission that power truly belongs to GOD and not to a few desperate and cruel folks.
